Great experience working with Abbey Carpet. Huge selection and variety of carpets. We were replacing the cheap contractor grade product in our house and shopped several local stores before settling on Abbey. Brandon was very helpful in showing us different options and grades, bringing samples to our home so we could match it with our paint and trim. He was helpful in scheduling the install at a time that worked best for us. The installation crew was on time, professional and courteous. Juan was a pleasure to work with and all seams and intersections were perfect without being detectable. The house was vacuumed and left clean when they were finished. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality, customer service and price on the upgrade to our home.

Everyone was very professional and Joesue’s crew today did a fantastic installation job. We recommend your company. Everyone is very knowledgeable and knows what they are doing. Can’t believe they finished the job so quickly and were very helpful with moving furniture and re-assembling the beds in good order. They also cleaned up very well before they left our house. They have a very good selection of carpets to choose from. Excellent to work with in arriving at our decision of just which carpet to choose. The installation crew did an admirable job of removing furniture from bedroom, installing the patterned carpet, and then replacing the furniture in the bedroom. This was no easy task. Pattern was matched perfectly. The carpet installers were efficient and hard workers, pleasant to have in my home. My only quibble is they could have been better with communication since carpet was on back order & scheduling date/time of laying.

The Least Stressful!
Having just purchased a home in need of a number of updates, I would describe my experience with Abbey Carpet & Floor as one of the least stressful related to the updates. Brady was quite patient and helpful throughout the process. I was particularly impressed with the floor installers who worked diligently and without complaint under adverse conditions (AC not working!!) They did a very good job and clearly are an experienced crew who worked well together.

Kept in good communication with us, great eye for detail.
We bought a house built in 1996 that needed updating so we called Abbey Carpet & Floor. They removed all the carpet and put in wood floors. They updated tile work in the house and put slate around two of our fireplaces. They keep in good communication with us, they show up on time, and they notify us with an explanation if they need to change anything.
The salesman who worked for us has a great eye for detail, as does the installer. We would actually change our schedule around to use Lionel, because he is so great with installation. Great company.
